    This was good – simple and applicable :)

    I know whenever I get on personal growth kicks, I choose like 10 different things I want to improve, work hard on those things for like a week or two, and then stop because I get unmotivated because I’m not seeing improvement, it’s taking too long, I’m doing too many things, I get bored.. Etc.

    It should be so simple and obvious – do one thing at a time for an extended period. But I guess we all need simple reminders sometimes from time to time ;)

    Though, just the thought of working on just one thing for that long makes me groan :P

    Also, I heard somewhere that habits take 40 days to break? Don’t rememeber where I heard it, but I remember being told that..
