Yeah, I agree about focusing on the Driver and 10 year old process a lot more when we were children. I’m an INTP and I remember spending a lot of time using my Si. I liked memorising facts, collecting trading cards, reading about things which had a lot of detail, routines, remembering situations and analysing them with my Ti etc.

But I remember having an interest in Ne-based activities as well, riding my bike to new places, drawing my own inventions and learning new knowledge from encyclopaedias.

I think it was around the 11 or 12 age when my Ne started to really kick in and I started to notice myself developing a lot more creativity. And at that age as well, I started ignoring the rules and routines (which led to a few arguments with my mother haha!) and was something I never would have thought to have done when I was a child. Ne shook up my pre-existing views of the world and I started to see it as something more exciting and changeable.
