Hey guys! Loved this episode but I cannot find any information on Rob anymore. I know it’s an old one. Is he still out there somewhere? Maybe at s different website?

I think there’s nothing more controversial than health. No matter what position you take there’s going to be research to both support and deny it. My suspicion is that our bodies are so individualized no single health tip works for everyone. I like having all the resources available – including the ones that dissent from each other – in order to craft a plan for myself as a unique bodily structure.

    Thanks for the link!

I see some major contradictions here. people with higher protein intake tend to have higher body weight. check out Garth Davis, MD and what he has to say about Protein, Carbs, and Fat. http://www.forksoverknives.com/obesity-its-not-about-the-carbs/

    ps.: love your podcast!

Thank you for the link! It’s a great read. I agree with you – everyone should be thoughtful and perform due diligence before adopting any diet changes.

    Cheers!

As a woman who has dabbled in IF and seen friends try it, I just wanted to share a link that was a big “aha” moment for me. I looked for scientific articles to back it up, but there just isn’t enough research at this time. Mindful experimentation is great, but there are possible downsides to IF that us women should take into account. http://paleoforwomen.com/shattering-the-myth-of-fasting-for-women-a-review-of-female-specific-responses-to-fasting-in-the-literature/
