In our 100th episode Joel and Antonia discuss the intention and future of Personality Hacker as a company and as a movement.

In this podcast you’ll find:

  • Personality Hacker has recently been focused on Myer’s Briggs types, doing deep dives on each type and will continue to do so.
  • This is a good time to get back to personal development, including other models, maps and typologies.
  • It’s a good time to reframe and get back to the vision and purpose of Personality Hacker.
  • If you are a new listener we recommend going back and listening to other podcasts which talk about other topics such as models of human development, how we can develop as people, where we are headed as a society.
  • Personality is a sum total of an individual. It’s not just about knowing your Meyer’s Briggs Type, Enneagram or Grave’s Model.
  • We want you to be the hackers to give you your own way of developing to the best version of yourself.
  • We are primed to be in a position to question our collective unconscious reality, then craft a completely different future.
  • KobayashiMaru was a no win game in Star Trek but Captain Kirk cheated the game to win.
  • Our entire life doesn’t have to be a Kobayashi Maru. We live in a time when we don’t have to see life as a no-win situation.
  • Personality Hacker is about empowerment and our target is self-actualization.
  • You don’t have to let experiences define you as a person. You get to choose your narrative.
  • When you can transcend your ego and find tools to create a new narrative, you can reallocate your mental real estate to solving the problems of the world.
  • We as Personality Hacker, the business and the movement, want to start moving the culture to one of self-acceptance and actualization.
  • Getting Intuition honored in the world is one of the things that’s going to lead to a tipping point to solve major world problems.
  • We have been working on our own proprietary model of what an Intuitive Awakening looks like in an individual so we can predict the steps of a macro Intuitive Awakening in society.
  • In 2016 we will be introducing it. It has 9 levels of movement. Vertical model. From the moment of realizing what Intuition is to a full blown actualized Intuitive Awakening.
  • A lot of community involvement. Internet groups. On site podcasts. Meet-up groups. We want to meet the community.

A great podcast. It was inspiring and empowering, especially the discussion about hacking the source code. I am an INTP, and the idea of actually looking at the mental wiring, and examining my assumptions about life is really challenging and exhilarating. I am working my way through the beginner pack, and it is really giving me actionable advice. I am seeing my reactions to situations, and knowing in real time why these reactions are happening.

I can’t wait to see your Intuitive Awakening model. I found you because of my interest in Myers-Briggs, but I’ve stayed because I just love the way you guys think and explain things. I am learning a lot! Thank you!

Your outlook definitely resonates with me on a deep level. I’m really looking forward to seeing what comes of this and perhaps seeing a more collaborative effort in the future.

Ha! Through the whole podcast I was thinking, “They really should have called this ‘The PH Manifesto,’” and then at the end you asynchronisticly picked up on my vibe :-)
