Thank you all for sharing the great type advice. I love hearing the key lessons from everyone that has figured them out or is in the process of doing so. For me the biggest gold from this episode was what Darren the INTP said (and apologies if I spelled your name wrong. As an ISTP Fe is also my 3 year old/inferior function which is a constant source of angst, uncertainty and wishing I could do better at it. I love the idea of being able to pick just one or two Fe area to learn how to do really well and practice at until I gain some confidence at to support being willing to show up clumsily and less skilled with all the rest of it. With competence such and important Ti thing, I have always struggled with how I was suppose to both accept that I was always going to be bad at Fe but that since it was still very important to me I was going to have to go do it anyway knowing that I was still going to fail at it often. Picking or identifying a couple areas where I can do it well (or learn to do it well) is a wonderful hack to gain some confidence for getting out and trying to interact in an arena I am inherently so uncertain about.
