More, please! After listening to last week’s podcast, Generations part 1, I went back and listened to four of your earlier podcasts on Generational Theory. I also began reading The Fourth Turning, only I purchased the 1997 edition. Shocking how accurate that was for predicting what is happening today. My brain is exploding and I love it!

I am an old Gen Xer, married to a young Boomer, with three Millennial children. I never expected the generational archetypes to be so spot on, but wow! I am urging my husband to study this theory, as he is one of three boomers working for a company managed by Gen Xers who oversee Millennial employees with Gen Zs about to join the staff. You can imagine the problems created by Gen X (independent “figure it out yourself” individuals) guiding Millennials (collective heroes seeking a leader). (Sorry to be so reductive…)

Thank you, Christian, for your insight! As a Gen X mom, this opened my eyes to my kids’ generational experience and what I can do to be supportive. I hope we get to hear a lot more from you.
