I found this fascinating, I’ve recently realised that I am ENTP type, after having spent years thinking that I was INTP. I was diagnosed with Aspergers last year and now realised that I spent years with my introversion crushed / hidden under a rock – my challenge is to fully develop my extraversion of both my intuition and feeling….

To the INFP/ENFJ couple ~ I love your story! My husband is an INFP and I am an INFJ. It is an amazing life we have together. His emotional depth and stability gives me the room to explore and yet still feel safe. When we first met, I immediately thought he was an INFP. I teased him and said he knows his emotions better than any other type out there, but I would be a close second to knowing his emotions. And yet he still married me. You have a beautiful future together.

To the INTP who is struggling with a position at work they don’t really fit into. The “Peter principle” is real, i.e. being promoted to your level of incompetence. As an INTP who hates being boxed in, I’m in a position now over a group that has tons of rules (safety critical software). This is highly dependent on your management, but I sat down with my manager, told him my take on the job would probably look different than usual, and we negotiated some corners of the job I could still find freedom and creativity in. I HATE persuasion, but I learned in the process not to undersell myself. Use your technical experience and strengths as capital in conversations to transform the role you’re already in to something that benefits both you and the company.

You should have a podcast on what personalities types you would think prefer which of your podcasts.
